INFORMATION CLAUSULE CONCERNING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We shall process your personal data for the purpose of transferring your humanitarian contribution to Ukrainian citizens via the Internet. The data may be processed in an automated manner, but will not be subject to profiling.

Who controls your data?

The controller of your personal data processed by the Warsaw City Council is the President of the City of Warsaw, with its registered office in Warsaw (00-950), Pl. Bankowy 3/5 Questions concerning the manner and scope of their processing, as well as your rights will be answered by the Data Protection Officer at the Warsaw City Council. Please send them to the following address: iod@um.warszawa.pl.

The Warsaw City Council may disclose your personal data, such as your e-mail address, to the electronic payment service provider, PayPro S.A., with its registered office in Poznań (60-326), ul. Kanclerska 15A, pursuant to the concluded agreement. In this case, the controller of your personal data will be PayPro S.A. who shall process it for the purpose of providing a payment service made available to this website. The Data Protection Officer at PayPro S.A. will answer your questions regarding their processing, at the following e-mail address: iod@przelewy24.pl.

Why is my data being processed?

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of rendering the Wawa4Ukr digital service, i.e. an online contribution for Ukrainian citizens. The data is processed and disclosed based on your consent. You grant your consent when making a payment via a dedicated form.

Provision of your personal data is voluntary, however, failure to do so will prevent you from transferring your contribution.

How long will my data be stored?

Your personal data will be stored until the withdrawal of your consent or achievement of the purpose stipulated in the consent. Afterwards, under the applicable regulations, the documents will be sent to the official archive.

Who can have access to my data?

The recipients of your personal data and the personal data of the child whose legal guardian you are may be:
a) entities whom the Controller has entrusted with the processing of personal data, in particular entities providing the Warsaw City Council with IT and postal services;
b) public authorities and other entities to which the Controller must disclose  personal data under applicable law;
c) entities to which the Data Controller will disclose personal data based on your consent.

What are my rights in relation to the processing of my data?

You have the right to:
a) withdraw consent at any time, which will not impact the legality of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent;
b) access your personal data, including obtaining copies of such data;
c) request rectification (correction) of your personal data;
d) request the deletion of your personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten), if:
• the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
• you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of personal data and there is no other legal basis for the processing of said data;
• your data is processed unlawfully;
• Your data must be deleted in order to comply with the legal obligation;
e) transfer of data when processing is carried out in an automated manner;
f) demand restrictions of the processing of your personal data;
g) lodge a complaint to the Head of the Personal Data Protection Office, with its registered office in Warsaw (00-193 Warsaw), ul. Stawki 2, in the event of obtaining information of unlawful processing of your personal data by the Warsaw City Council.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
